Download MONAHRQ

Step 1

Download documentation and installation guides.

To download MONAHRQ, you first need to check that your computer has .NET 2.0 and Microsoft SQL. If your computer does not have these two free programs, you can download them below (Step 2).

User Guide: Download the Host User Guide and print it out. We strongly recommend that you follow the MONAHRQ Host User Guide closely.

Step 2

Install Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework if not currently installed. Save and run the correct version based on your system (32 or 64 bit).

32 bit Microsoft.NET 2.0 Framework (dotnetfx.exe, 22.6 MB)

64 bit Microsoft.NET 2.0 Framework (NetFx64.exe, 46.2 MB)

Step 3

Install Microsoft SQL Server Express if not currently installed and you do not have access to a networked SQL database server. Save and run the correct version based on your system (32 or 64 bit).

32 bit Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express (sqlexpr32.exe, 35.7 MB)

32 bit Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express (SQLEXPRWT_x86_ENU.exe, 241 MB)

64 bit Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express (sqlexpr.exe, 56.7 MB)

64 bit Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express (sqlexprw_x64_ENU.exe, 253 MB)

Step 4

Install the AHRQ Quality Indicator Risk Adjustment program. Save and run the file.

Step 5

Install MONAHRQ, save, and run the file.

MONAHRQ 1.1 (MON1-1_Setup.msi, 36.4 MB)

MONAHRQ 1.0 (MONAHRQ_Setup.msi, 34.2 MB)

MONAHRQ 1.0 and 1.1 Comparison (PDF file, 156 KB; PDF Help)

Once MONAHRQ is installed you will be able to load your hospital discharge data and generate a Web site. Remember to follow the Host User Guide.
